How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Perhaps a referral left you with unanswered questions, or something about a project went wrong. Anyone contacting Cabinetsought Floor Coating should receive fair treatment. This page explains how to raise concerns and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Concerns We Want to Hear About

You can report concerns about:

  • Your telephone or message contact with Cabinetsought Floor Coating
  • The use or protection of your personal information
  • Website details that appear incorrect or unclear
  • Conduct by a provider we connected you with

Concerns About the Floor Work

Providers in our network operate independently. Each handles its own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. For a problem with completed coating work, first write to the provider. Save copies of your correspondence.

Let us know too. Feedback helps us hold the network accountable. A provider with repeated shortcomings may be removed. Cabinetsought Floor Coating cannot resolve contract disputes, handle warranty claims, return payments charged by a provider or represent that provider.

Details to Send

Email your complaint to contact@cabinetsought.living. Please include:

  • Your name and contact information
  • When you contacted us or the provider
  • The number dialled or form submitted, if you remember
  • The provider's business name, if available
  • A brief description of the issue and the result you would like

How We Handle Your Message

We will acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will investigate and may discuss the issue with the provider. After that, we will explain our findings and any action we intend to take.

Requesting Another Review

If the response leaves your concern unresolved, reply and request a further review. You may also contact your state attorney general, a consumer protection office or your local Better Business Bureau. If the provider is a licensed contractor, the state licensing board may be another source of help.

Where to Write

Send complaints and related correspondence to contact@cabinetsought.living.
